Maia Ho Tram: A Coastal Haven Where Architecture Meets Wellness

At Maia Ho Tram, we are shaping a new benchmark for coastal living and wellness-oriented hospitality on Vietnam’s southern coastline. Commissioned by Lodgis Hospitality Holdings in partnership with VinaLiving, the project sits within Zone A1 of Phase 3 of The Grand Ho Tram Strip master plan – a dynamic integrated resort destination.

Our design approach centres on a deep respect for the site’s natural character, where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle intersect. The development’s composition unfolds as a dialogue between the land and sea: a cascading sequence of landscaped terraces descends from the elevated podium towards the ocean, drawing guests and residents along a continuous visual and spatial journey. The grand lobby aligns on a dramatic axis to the water, creating a sense of calm arrival and orientation that anchors the overall experience.

Across approximately 103,000 square metres, our masterplan weaves together two high-rise towers - Peace and Happy - a cluster of villas, and a vibrant podium dedicated to leisure, dining, and wellness. Each element has been conceived to nurture a sense of connection, community, and well-being. The Peace Tower’s interiors take cues from the soft amber glow of the “golden forest,” where filtered light and natural materials create an atmosphere of warmth and serenity. Around the central pond, villas are arranged to maximise privacy and views, while the podium level brings people together through shared spaces such as restaurants, lounges, and wellness zones.

The design ethos extends to every detail of the resort’s architecture. Shading devices, vertical fins, and extensive glazing are integrated to manage heat and daylight, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency. The towers, rising 31 and 32 floors, are oriented to capture panoramic views of the coastline, their silhouettes softened by pocket gardens and terraces that blur the boundary between built form and nature.

A comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy underpins the design and delivery process, ensuring precision and coordination across disciplines. Following its groundbreaking in April 2025, Maia Ho Tram is slated for completion in Q3 2027.
